Applications are now being accepted for Part-Time Bus Driver. The minimum rate is $30.15 per hour. Paid training for applicants without CDL. While training for a CDL, employees receive the "Trainee" rate of $19.50.
Function:
To operate the school bus safely and on time over an assigned route and to maintain prescribed rules for the safety and conduct of pupils while they are being transported to and from school or school-sponsored functions.
Requirements:
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
- Two years’ driving experience with a satisfactory record
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid PA Commercial drivers’ license with school bus endorsement;
- Excellent people skills
- Good work ethics

A separate form must be completed for:
- Current employer; and
- All former employers that were school entities; and
- All former employers where you were in a position that involved direct contact with children.
