Title:                                      Director of Human Resources

Reports To:                           Superintendent

 

 

Primary Function:     The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the administration and coordination of all personnel activities and procedures related to administrative, certified, classified personnel and the overall operations of the student transportation to include fleet operations and maintenance. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating district staffing, recruitment and selection processes for the employment of administrative, certified, and classified personnel. Also required is coordinating the development of personnel policies, procedures and other matters effecting the working conditions of personnel and the operation of the district.
