Purpose

 

The job of the Administrator of Employee Programs and Compliance was established for the purpose(s) of managing employee insurance, retirement, and leave programs, ensuring compliance with laws like FMLA, HIPPA, Workers Compensation, ADA, and COBRA. This person will facilitate open enrollment, onboarding, and will serve as the employer representative in addressing compliance with collective bargaining agreements, regional and federal law(s), and questions, concerns, and issues related to employee benefits.
