Title:                           Behavioral Health Worker, BCBA

 

Classification:            Professional

 

Reports to:                 Supervisor of Special Educaiton

 

 

 

Qualifications:           

This position requires a Masters Degree and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.  A BCBA is a board certified individual who is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, communicating and continually evaluating the effectiveness of functional assessments, behavioral evaluations, behavior plans and individual education plans for students on their caseload.

 

 

Primary Function:

 

Under the direction of the Director of Pupil Services /Supervisor(s) of Special Education, supports and supplements the work of school psychologists and counselors with providing recommendations and assistance for behavioral health services in a confidential manner.
